Superior app, really couldn't ask for more; reflects the great benefits and features of the credit union. Transfers and deposits are posted quickly, often the same day. Very clean and neat appearance of accounts page. Some annoying inconsistencies of late: the activity on our various CD accounts has all but disappeared with only the most recent 2 months being shown. And the login screen keeps changing: I literally cannot tell what it's going to look like from day to day. Why do that?

UPDATED 10/27/25... The update to the bill pay is terrible. It continually gets errors and is so unfriendly. They took away previous functionality that made it more clean and easy to use. Not happy! BEFORE UPGRADE : Love it! Can do almost everything while on the go. Woul love to see the bill payment history added which i cant see now. Would also like the bill pay function that lets you know the payment receive date when you pick the send date. Otherwise I have everything else I need. Thank you.

I've never seen a well respected institution be so insistent on going against the mantra of "if ain't broke, don't fix it" like ECU. Every major refresh over the last 3 or so years has made the online banking experience incrementally worse. The most recent interation is the worst of all. Half the time you have to force stop and restart the app to accomplish more than one task. Dear ECU, stop spending my money to redesign what was a functional app for no discernable reason.

Used to be FABULOUS but recently updated and ECU IT really dropped the ball; users were unable to see Payee problems before impacted; Users were not appropriately warned of problems (& even ECU was unaware when called); then 2mos after update, the Look/Feel & Login screens drastically changed without warning. ECU online 2025 is a DISASTER
