This was my first time using Livi, and the app was easy to use and the instructions were clear. It was straightforward when booking the appointment and help was given when I needed to check that the camera and mic were working. The doctor I spoke with was friendly and professional, and she was able to help with my health problem. I used this service because I was unable to make an appointment with my own GP. I will be using this app again, it was very convenient and I would recommend it.
Booked 16.10 when I got to the end and asked me to put in an appointment the next day?
Good service, app works well, but it would help to give approx ETA when appointments are running late, ideally before the scheduled time slot has passed.
Appointment was delayed by an hour then cancelled after I didn't pick up the call within 5 seconds. The service might be useful for some basic inquiries but is a terrible substitute for the long-term healthcare relationships a local GP used to be able to offer.
I ran all the appointment pretests and when the doctor called, I accepted the call and just got a white screen perpetually loading. This has happened twice. The only guidance is to have a good connection and update the app and I have done both of those. This has happened twice now and each time the app has stated I missed the appointment. The support centre was closed for the time of the booking on both occasions so I couldn't do anything about it. Rubbish.
