The tide.info application in its "Essential" formula offers you the essential tide predictions for each port:
• the tide clock for the current tide,
• the precise calculated height of the moment,
• the table of high and low tides
• the coefficient calendar with search,
• the calendar menu with the coefficients and phases of the moon.

For greater reliability and safety at sea, the application works without internet. Only installation, updates and subscription management require a 4G or WIFI connection. Make sure everything works before heading out to sea.

To offer you the best, tide.info relies on official predictions from SHOM, the Hydrographic and Oceanographic Service of the Navy. These official data are calculated annually and consolidated based on tide gauge readings along the coast. The data for year N+1 are calculated during year N. An annual update is therefore necessary (see Settings/Data).
SHOM data is distributed by tide.info under commercial license. The license and developments are financed by subscriptions.

The ports offered in the application depend on their availability in the SHOM catalog. If SHOM removes a port from its catalog, even if this is rare, the tide data for this port will no longer be updated or available in the application. Please check the list of available ports before purchasing or renewing your subscription, to ensure they meet your needs.

From 2025, SHOM no longer provides data for Belgium. The ports of Nieuwpoort, Oostende, Zeebrugge are no longer broadcast. In addition, SHOM informs us that 3 ports in France are removed from the catalog: Hennebont, Lamena, Pauillac.

The subscription is linked to your Google Play Store account and is automatically renewed by default. If you don't want it, go to your Google Play Store account to cancel the subscription. In the event of a price change during the subscription, automatic renewal is stopped.

DETAILS OF FUNCTIONS:

- The port selector:
To switch from one port to another and manage your favorites.

- The tide clock:
The clock gives you the tide status at that moment for the selected port.

- the "notepad" next to the clock has several pages:
--> Current high and low seas with times and heights
--> Mini graph of rising or falling tide with precise height (unlike a sinusoidal approximation)
--> Duration, Tidal range and 12ths

- The tide table:
Predictions by date: times, heights and coefficients

- The calendar:
Shows coefficients, holidays, weekends and public holidays. The "magnifying glass" activates the search by criteria. Ex: You can display high tide dates for Saturdays and Sundays only.
