I'm from the old "Virtual Weather Station" days, truly a PC software that was ahead of its time. I just installed a WS2000 with the Ambient app and used multiple sensors. I expected to see more of a colorful rendition than several colors or the ability to change. It would be nice to see a finer detail graph not so choppy, and the boxed info that moves with your finger should be no box, just info at the bottom of the graph. Ambiant is the best, and I'll still give you 5 stars. Wish could say more

Moved over from a well known entry level system and couldn't be happier. Set up the WS-2000 and everything connected with zero issues. Remote access connects everytime. Dashboard is easily shareable with a simple click. Been up for about 6 months now and have had absolutely NO issues. Only complaint (and it's a non issue for me) is the base station. It's busy and some of the data points are hard to see without looking at screen up close. However, I love having too much info vs not enough info.

The awn plus advanced graphs cannot be refreshed without a clumsy workaround, either quitting and restarting the app or changing the time filter and then changing it back. This is unlike standard graphs and tiles which can be refreshed with a simple downswipe. I reported this a month ago but I've received zero response. Until this is fixed I will cancel my awn+ subscription.

Purchased this weather station 2 years. This app started out fine but lately, the tiles have been acting weird. The solar radiation tile text size is so huge that the text doesn't fit and I can't read the data. I can't put the tiles in the order I want, and the battery alert is telling me the outdoor battery is 25% and the battery tile shows full. I just changed them 2 months ago. They are the exact battery type as recommended. A properly functioning app is important. I use it all day, every day

Update: firmware update has bricked the device. Down to 1 star. Junk Dislike that the app constantly tries to upsell me to read data from a weather station I OWN! Wish I had known before I had purchased and would have stuck to the previous brand I was using. Also, why no widgets? Again the competition has a widget to see my weather right on my home screen. You have to open the app and scroll around to see all the data, poor ux. Disappointed to say the least.
