Not sure why folks are having problems. Connected to Wi-Fi and Weather Underground with zero issues

Works as described if you connect to the correct LAN. I connect all of my IOT devices using guest netwoks so they're isolated from my main network. It took me a while to figure out why Awnet couldn't find my PWS, even though my phone was connected to the same guest network. It appears clients on guest networks can't interact with each other (makes sense) unless you allow the guest network to connect to your main network. Once I did this, the app worked fine. Remember to re-isolate guest after.

Upgraded console from 2902A to the 2902C (in hopes to eliminate connection issues) and didn't have a problem for about a month- then the update and I haven't been able to connect since. The app keeps force closing. I have contacted Ambient and App support. App support started out responsive, they had Qs, I answered (I'm using Android version 12), they seem to have stopped communicating with me. No one has even bothered to follow up and at least say they are looking into it.

It really just doesn't work. Tried both android and iphone. Both get to a point where it says "setup is completed" but then they return to the home screen with no device in the device list, and the console shows it is not connected. Repeat attempts cause the app to just close--again on both android and iphone. Even tried the Osprey Tool and no dice. Just doesn't work.
