Played through an entire run of Pokemon Silver GBC. Worked nearly perfect. You can edit the layout for free also use speed increase for free. Has a instance save as well as in-game save working. No ads, has GameShark, etc, all free. Only issue I had was since the in-game save worked, I only used that but it ended up not saving on me twice in a row once, kinda ticked me off had to redo a few things but since then I've used the apps instance save just to be safe. I'll prolly buy the paid one soon.

I'm adding to my original review, because I do like the app. When the borders and colorization were changed to a pro feature it was not mentioned in the changes for the update and was not listed as a paid feature at the time, I thought they were removed. It is pretty good, but I am also very upset ubout the fact that the color option went away mid game, with an update, while playing pokemon red. I was considering pro, but now I am looking for a different emulator that will play in color.

I'd give this emulator a higher rating, but it's confusing to use, and I can't figure out how to use a save file from a game I emulated on my computer no matter how much I do. All the files for this game are in the same folder, yet when I play it still only says "new game"

Worked fine until it didnt. Default color pallete disappeared from the menu and it went to yellow mode. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, lost all my progress in Pokemon Red. Update: tried starting a new game. After playing for a bit and it was normal, saved game and upon opening the app the next morning it was stuck back in yellow mode. This is clearly a bug and needs to be fixed. Otherwise, its a nice emulator. Still playable but the color is annoying

Not only did it update into a freemium version, it locked an accessibility feature behind it. I cannot in good faith purchase the pro version when the turbo button options are not available for those with arthritis and RA.
