Fascicolo Sanitario Sardegna vVARY

Fascicolo Sanitario Sardegna is the App that allows you to easily have health data and documents available.
With the App you can:
• have the reports available in real time, avoiding having to go to the clinics in person to collect them;
• download and print the prescription reminder without having to go to the doctor to collect them or, if it is impossible to print the prescriptions personally, show them directly to the pharmacists;
• easily view the contact details of the family doctor or pediatrician and any associated doctors, the address and opening hours of the clinic and access the doctor choice and revocation portal, from where you can choose or revoke the doctor online family;
• independently add other health documents to the file;
• conveniently have available the summary of vaccinations carried out in the always updated vaccination certificate;
• access the file of whoever has chosen you as a delegate, that of your minor children as a parent and that of those under legal guardianship as a guardian;
• delegate up to 3 people you trust to work on your file and accept up to a maximum of 5 delegations;
• authorize the healthcare personnel taking care of you to consult your documents and choose to customize the confidentiality of the healthcare documents that you do not want to share, in full respect of your privacy;
• consult news, FAQs and choose whether and how to receive information notifications.

You can access the Fascicolo Sanitario Sardegna app with your SPID digital identity or with your Electronic Identity Card (CIE). You can also enable biometric authentication with your fingerprint.
