This is my 2nd version of this app, 'Amplifon' and this one is a lot better than 1st version because it responds quicker and I have more control over how I need my hearing aids to perform by adjusting options. It is set out clearer and I am better in understanding the whole format.

The new app is driving me mad. more often than not, whilst changing from one program to another, the app spools and informs me it is trying to connect my aids? This is despite already being connected. I then have to re-boot my phone to re-connect the aids to my phone (Samsung S21 ultra). Never had bother like this with previous app.

App has some serious issues with connectivity. Once installed, it is quite an effort to connect, but did eventually. However, it seems that you can only connect ONCE, as next time it will fail- waiting waiting waiting... for hours ! Have to uninstall and then reinstall all over. Once in the App, it is very basic functionality, but OK doing what I needed. Shamefully poor for $10,000 pair of hearing aids. I bought a $250 pair off AliExpress, and the App is fabulous, without any of these problems.

This app does not work, and I really regret trying to "upgrade" to it. I recommend staying with the old app until they fix this train wreck. Update: The recommendation to contact them via the app is unhelpful as the app just doesn't work.
