●How to use OTO Navi●
It’s three easy steps: 1. Search for the book / 2. Download the audio material / 3. Play it!
1. Search for the book
You can easily search the database for the target book by either entering a keyword (title, author, or ISBN) or scanning the bar code on the book you own. If searching by bar code, scan the upper bar code of the two printed on the book’s back cover.

Very good and convenient application to use. There was some small problem when my downloaded lessons dissappear and some of it won't download again. But I wrote to genki email and they responded immediately with suggestion of removing the book and add it again. It worked perfectly! Not sure why some people so angry here in comments section. Simple key is polite communication. Mistakes happens in every app. Anyway, great app!
Great app to hear native pronunciation while studying Japanese. I'm giving 4 stars because at the moment the application is a little barebone. To get 5 stars I would suggest the addition of user playlisting functionality. This would allow users to, for example, make a "vocabulary" playlist containing all the audio of the vocabulary they have studied so far, so they don't need to go back and forth between lessons to find the content they need.
The app is great, but it really needs an option to read what is being said. Being able to visually see the words typed out would be much more helpful than just hearing them
I had downloaded audio for two books but it all disappeared by itself, so I have to redownload everything. Now some lessons are failing to download at all. Really low quality app that lags when downloading too. Just give us raw mp3 downloads and be done with it, would be a much better experience.
Whenever I try to download any of the audio files, the app instantly cancels the download. All of the book pictures are missing and replaced with an exclamation mark icon instead. I also tried to open the FAQ shown in the app and it led me to a page which said "Page Not Found". Edit: The app is now working but still no reply to my email so other people with the same problem won't have a fix.
