if I could give negative points I would!!!! I have on several occasions tried reaching out to customer service and still have not gotten ANY reply. they took 18.74 from my account. they then had no problem replying to Google when they investigated the matter. I'm a struggling momma fighting heart failure unable tk work so 18 dollars may not seem like a lot but to someone like myself it's everything I had. these people are crooks. poor communication poor customer service.
