One of my favourite exercise app. The exercises are easy and very effective and its even up to 30 mins. I haven't completed the 28 days full body workout and result is showing already. My body is toning up really fine, that, makes me excited and motivated to continue. I really love this app

Can't even get past selecting a Language to set up app because of an ad that won't go away. very disappointed
