Just really started. It is a workout but it is doable. I can see me getting stronger with this app. I am 10 pounds into a weight loss journey and need to build muscle. This is a good start to gradual strength! 30 days to my weight goal and closer to strength goal! No expensive equipment to help me build muscle in my own home. I can do this!

It doesn't work. After first use you get some ads that never close so you can't use the app. Stay away!
