- The presence of ads may be intrusive and affect the user experience, particularly if the ads are not relevant or are overly frequent.
- The app's limited feature set may not be sufficient for users who require more advanced health tracking features, such as GPS tracking or calorie burn tracking.

How often to check heart rate?
We recommend you measure your heart rate multiple times daily, for example, after waking up or before bed, to monitor changes throughout the day. Besides, our filter function allows you to analyze data under specific conditions according to the tags you add. Therefore, you can have an overall idea of your body on both macro and micro levels.
Is the heart rate result accurate?
We have developed an extensively-tested algorithm for accurate heart rate measurements. Simply place your finger on your phone's camera. It will detect subtle changes in blood concentration, thus getting you precise heart rate readings.
What is a normal heart rate?
Heart rate is a key indicator of overall health. Heart rate between 60 and 100 BPM is considered normal for a healthy adult. However, it can be affected by factors like posture, stress, illness, and fitness level. Therefore, it’s recommended to use our app to monitor your heart rate regularly. Heart Rate: Heart Rate Monitor users say on Google Play
Very easy to navigate my way around the app, I also like the helpful tips about what factors can cause high or low blood pressure, foods that are good for the heart and foods that aren't..
ok good app
Unsure if it's accurate, but useful
Not accurate and there is no guidance for positioning the finger on the camera, this gives erratic readings even on the same spot. I don't recommend it for training purposes.
Useless for me. My resting heart rate is 36 right now (measured with Google Fit and manually) and this gave me readings of 89, 64, 74, etc. and doesn't show anything on the screen of what it is actually measuring (as Fit does), just a cartoonist animation of a heart rhythm.
