I got the kardia device in hopes of getting readings to send to my doctor for getting to the bottom of health issues. The device is sensitive to how you place it during a reading. So its missed a few high heart rates in its time to connect and read. In the basic features, it only gives you a single reading per day. I needed multiple readings due to my unpredictable heart rate, yet it caught enough to show the ER doctor to get the ball rolling. overall.its okay just not quite what I thought.

I think that Kardia mobile are very greedy and arent concerned about their customers health. There are other products that have their own screen and give you all of the different readings and dont charge you extra for them, and these other monitors cost the same as the Kardia mobile. It wouldn't cost Kardia mobile any extra to give you all of the readings. It is pure greed on their part. These other readings are critical for your health.

the app pairs well with the device, but you HAVE to turn off NFC for it to work. kind of a hassle if you use your phone for payments and then NEED to take a reading because you think something is wrong. then you need to move it away from any other electronic devices for it to get a good reading. On top of that, if you choose the basic plan because you don't want to have a subscription, it is LOADED with nagware. I took 1 reading and got nagged several times to upgrade my account. So not worth it
