App is decent but it literally takes over your phone and tries to force you to download game apps. I get ads on free apps, but here it got to the point that the app isn't even usable. I've never experienced anything so extreme. Uninstalled! (Most of the ads cannot be skipped, despite the developer's claim that they can)

Dissatisfied, Disappointed! The app has a misleading description of free trial but you get charged a yearly subscription instead! Since they are not responding to my queries about a refund, i checked the exercises and these are very repetitive! The meal plan doesn't even load! Total waste of Money! 😡
