this application is just amazing. Here you will get exercise that's gonna hit every part of your muscle groups, from beginner to advanced difficulty levels, but some issues are still there like, u don't have any idea about no. of reps we have to do for a particular exercise.

This is a load of bull for 1 reason, while we're here doing all the work, the instructor is only doing the excersize for 30 seconds while his animation replays over and over, what's the point in teaching people how to get fit when the instructor doesn't do it himself, no offense but that's not really motivating, also, when working my legs their were excersizes that made no sense, like the static bow, and the resting calves, how am I suppose to hold the most gay looking stances for 2 minutes?
A lot of Ads .. really irritating.. it sucks
