I really like the moves in the workouts of this app. I'm only on day 3. They're challenging but not impossible, enjoyable and your muscles feel so warm and good during/after. I spent 4 months working out in the gym and never felt sore (I must've had incorrect form or was resting too long between sets) but I'm 'Hurts So Good' sore after doing the workouts in this app. The music is also catchy and has good energy. The app doesn't have an annoying robotic voice like many do. Thank you!
The exercises are great and challenging
The app and it's workouts are great & in a few weeks you start to see difference but lately mid exercise the app just stops working & kicks you out
