Since the last update I no longer receive alert notifications on my SamsungS24. Appears a subscription plan is now required. I need to update my review as the latest update resolved the notification alert not displaying. Thank you

Works great. Sometimes the cameras reset position but overall great value for the price of the camera. I wish there was an option to control the camera when in multi view mode. When you can look at 4 cameras at once. I have to go back to the main screen to locate the camera to adjust the position. I also wish you could zoom into the camera when looking at the multi view screen.

Good monitor that allows use of a SD card. Uploading of the motion captured is very slow to happen, 9 minutes, in-between this other motion goes unrecorded. Since the last big update, the microphone does not record outside noise but records you indoors having a conversation without any motion detection. Email...It's very annoying in that to change your email details you have to set up all the cameras again, no simple fix in settings. Dec.25 Constant message "Token expired", then logs you out!

AVOID THIS RUBBISH APP AND IT'S CAMERAS! A short rainfall left a camera broken after it leaked water into it! The constant nag at the bottom of the app and the cameras to subscribe to the cloud & other services is disgusting. I have spent money for SD Cards in the cameras! Time to dump this Mickey Mouse app and it's cameras! How desperate is this company to not give you the option to decline once and be rid of the nagging once and for all!
