It looks easy and like you are not getting a good workout, NOPE--I have felt each and every one--in a very good way.
I enjoy the exercises a lot. However, I don't appreciate that the VAST majority of the content is locked behind a paywall, including all but the first 3 days of the opening 28 day challenge. I like to try an app for longer than that before I pay, as I've been burned too many times by the pressure tactics to pay too fast.
l can not see what she is doing very well on my phone. Is there a way to put it on the tv? l may have to cancel if l cant figure this out. l am 73 and it is hard to get the form right if you cant see what she is doing.
after 3 days, I can not open day four's routine because a subscription screen pops up. It will not let me work out without subscribing. I loved the first three lessons and was so excited to continue, but was stopped
Any app should be able to be installed on a computer: desktop or laptop. Most of the devices listed are phones. Limiting one to mobile devices only causes those without their own phones to have to go to computer labs, cafes, libraries or tie up the memory space on their phones I want apps that are made for desktops or laptop and I am not alone.
