I can not get the app to accept my info to access anything. I have called and they just sent me in circles. I have uninstalled/ reinstalled. cleared cache. very disappointed edited: I have finally been able to get the app to except my info. now that I have access, the app seems very user friendly.

It is laggy and I would like more features that are heard towards ease of access for visually impaired as well as maybe a plan comparison feature that would save very much time on the phone. I feel that the above mentioned ideas would go a long way with getting more customers to use/ recommend both the app & insurance coverage.

This app never works, I have uninstalled and installed on several devices and still the same thing. The biometrics never works and when it does, it acts like it's sending you to your info and jumps to the login screen. Then when you login, it never logs in. It takes you right back to the login screen. it has been doing this for months.

The app is slow. Signing in through the app sends you to the webpage, back to the app, then back to the webpage, then back to the app. Using the provider list shows that it doesn't accept anyone that it previously said it did through the marketplace. I tried signing up for the rewards or whatever they call it and that never loaded either. Not worth it.
