A better app is coming for Carolina Complete Health! Once the switch is finished, the current app will no longer be used, and all your health plan information will be available on the "Health Insurance Portal" app. You’ll get a message telling you when the change is done and how to get the new app. This will be shared through a pop-up message and link in the current Carolina Complete Health app.

Does not show benefit rewards card info which is the main reason I downloaded as the website says this would be the easiest way to check card balance. Oan: Have benefit reward money and can't use that either. I have called twice trying to make sure I knew what rewards money could be used for, but card always gets declined.
