Note: If you are a Medicaid member outside of Missouri, please find an app that is based in your state.

A better app is coming for Home State Health! Once the switch is finished, the current app will no longer be used, and all your health plan information will be available on the "Health Insurance Portal" app. You’ll get a message telling you when the change is done and how to get the new app. This will be shared through a pop-up message and link in the current Home State Health app.

Nice app especially if you need to know your member id # and what not but they say if you dont havd your insurance card on your persons you can download the app and from the app you will have the option to view your card info witch is true But most places that i tried to explain to them i had misplaced my actual insurance card was waiting to get my new one in the mail and could pull up my card information from the app wouldnt accept it in that form and or way!!!!

Needs work. I like the setup for the most part but sometimes you can't get back to the home screen easily from certain things. The main problem is the website is more user friendly and has more options. Through the app you don't have a lot of control over things and you cant see the rewards earned. Also I have a parent account with multiple kids on the same account but the 2nd child I added to the account is not always recognized.

Download completes then setup begins. You have to login though your email, fine then an exceptional error message occurs and then... App locks up. It is done. No Refresh. No Restart. DONE. LOCKED UP. And OUT. You can reinstall the App numerous times still same thing will occur, exceptional error, and shutdown. Would be GREAT if it ACTUALLY WORKED AS ADVERTISED.
