I would give this app five stars, however there isn't even benefits on the page, it has everything but benefits. I want to be able to open the app, and look at my benefits, all of my benefits. The description says it shows benefits, but I sure can't see where, and I am NOT computer illiterate!!! Fix it, and I will update!

So the option is labeled "Change your address." I click, and I can edit my address. Good. Now try "Edit my email." I click, and I find I can edit my *address* again. Not so good. Now try "Change my phone number." Click. And I can edit my *address*. Really, app programmers? Now we've gone beyond Not Good to Stupid. I still hold hope for you all. Until then, only 3 stars.

Glam Gloom

I haven't been able to log in for a week, though I can log into the website just fine on my computer. And I try to use the website to do what I was going to on the app but the website is very confusing, it isn't centralised nor very fluid. I finally gave up, frustratesd, as I need medical attention from a dentist, it won't let me search for one in the app unless I'm logged in. It just says "unable to log in at this time." Just FYI, I am computer savvy.

HORRIBLE APP. It's for those in Georgia only. It used to work for those of us in the midwest. Just FYI, the list of providers needs to state "for emergencies only" on most of the results. It's EXTREMELY difficult which providers (eye care) actually will do what I need (exams, glasses, etc.). This app needs a TOTAL REDO. 🤦‍♀️
