fijne app, mooie layout

I lost my hema card and got a new one, i connected the new one to my account and in the settings it shows the correct number, but on the app's home page the code is still old. I uninstalled and reinstalled, did not help. With the unmodifiable old card code the app is useless.

Can we have a English interface too. It would be helpful for a lot of people who don't understand Dutch yet.

This app and the webside are super slow, especially the list of your favourite products. It takes hours to load a list and adding, choosing or changing is almost impossible.

points are only valid for 1 year (airmiles albert heijn ex.5years). so it means u have to spend hunderds of euros to safe up for a meaningful voucher, which u then cant use for half the products sold by or in hema (fotoservice gebak ed.) very disappointing indeed. oh funny thing, when u return items points get retracted, but unlike ur positive points these will not get reset in the new year.
