Transdev – The Mobility Company.

With the @Transdev app, you always have the latest departure times at your fingertips.

The app shows the current departure times of the nearest stops or your preferred stop. Based on your location, the app determines which stops are nearby.

On the screen, you can see at a glance whether your trip will depart on time from the stop or whether the vehicle will depart earlier or later.

What the app offers:

- The app offers a handy journey planner that allows you to request travel advice from your current location or from a chosen address to a destination in the Netherlands. The journey planner provides recommendations for buses, trams, metros, trains, and ferries.

- You can search directly by stop name. For each stop, the lines serving the route are shown, and if you then select a line, you'll see the real-time departure times. Use the bell on this page to request notifications in the event of a diversion or disruption. You can also indicate whether you only want to receive this during rush hour or always.

- Use the heart icon next to the stop name to make a stop a favorite. This stop will appear in the Favorites screen by default.

- Link your payment card (OVpay) to your My Account and see your complete travel history with Transdev and its brands (including Breng, Connexxion & Hermes).

- Purchase an e-ticket to travel on Transdev buses.

- Activate Transdev Voordeel or Connexxion Voordeel for your region and link this product to your payment card.

- The Diversions icon displays planned and unplanned diversions and disruptions. Tip: Sign up for push notifications so you receive this information immediately if something happens on your route.

- Insight into recent trips

- Latest weather forecast based on your location (if you choose to share location data)

- Contact customer service

- Insight into available ride-sharing systems in your area

- The option to personalize the app's homepage.

- Plan, book, and pay for your rides with the dial-a-bus and dial-a-bus Flex in the Hoeksche Waard and Goeree-Overflakkee regions

- The app includes region filtering, so you see the information relevant to your region. This can be done based on your location or manually.
