Free and wonderful! I ditched the Wim Hof app due to horrible customer service and the subscription based model. This app has the guided breathing (only thing I liked in the WHM app.) and is truly free! Only criticism is I wish it had more music, the default song is bad and nearly turned me off the app until I saw there was a second song and the breathing audio sounds could be better and took me a little bit to get use to... But that's it! Thank you so much for this wonderful app! 💜🙏

Generally a good free alternative to the Wim Hof app. Would like average breathe hold for each session as a number, not just on a graph.

Still five stars if I could make a suggestion to make it better. Maybe double tap for most buttons I've accidentally lost more than half of my sessions because it resets or starts over because I brushed the screen. Ok I'm going to ding it for a point because it also resets and loses progress when you rotate the screen.... That's just stupid. Fine

Lazy basic bland interface very poor instruction don't bother Edit rude dev response BTW I'm an early WHM member have trained with Wim and certified Instructor, I was probably doing this when the app maker was in school , rude response. Your graphics are awful and the interface is very basic any app on here does it Better
