Developer Description
Manage your health worldwide. Find a doctor and make an appointment.
Medicover App was created especially for Medicover patients so that they can manage their health from every place in the world. It is a mobile version of Medicover Online Patient Website.
A transparent interface and intuitive navigation allow comfortable ordering of prescriptions to chronic medications, checking examination results, contacting the doctor after the appointment, analysing referrals or arranging an appointment with a medical specialist.
Healthcare with Medicover has never been so easy!
To keep your private data safe, the access to the App is protected with a password which you can collect at the reception desk of Medicover Centre. You can also log in to the App with your fingerprint or faceID. You can use this facility if your smartphone is equipped with biometric scanners.
Once you have logged in to the App, you can:
• Order prescriptions to chronic medications and thus, provide yourself with continuous treatment.
• Check your examination results, both laboratory and imaging ones. The results will be commented by the doctor.
• Make an appointment with a particular medical specialist in a city, Medicover facility and at the time you choose, thanks to options available in a browser.
• Postpone or cancel the appointment if you can’t come for any reason.
• Send a question to the doctor after the appointment in case you have any additional questions or doubts.
• Order medical documentation which will be prepared for you to collect at a Centre chosen by you.
• Look through issued referrals, selecting them by the date of issuance or status “done” or “undone”
• Have access to the full history of your visits and examination results
All listed functions are free of charge. You can use them as long as your health is under the care of Medicover. Take on comfort! Apply mobile management of your health.

In previous version of application I could select a calendar to which add my visits. This was very useful. Do you plan to add this functionality to the new application?
Wish there was a location/address of the clinic included in the calendar appointment. Like it used to be in the previous Medicover app. It can get really confusing, especially for cities that have more than one Medicover clinic eg. Tricity. Also a name of a doctor used to be included in the calendar appointment. And now it's not. Could you please add those changes to the app?
Cannot take screenshots "due to privacy policy" -- really annoying, if I need to send for example piece of medical information.
Live chat is horribly buggy. Closes all the time if you switch to another app and you typically need to wait 60mins+ so you will switch off your screen or go to another app or receive a call that will stop the chat. Booking appointments isn't clear whether it's with an English speaking doctor, you need to find the filters every time instead of setting it as a default in settings. Search results are not always up to date, appointments that are already booked by other people show up again&again.
I want the old app back. I could do so much more with it. Here's no option for 2 patients (me & my kid). No idea how it should work with connected profiles, option for downloading medical documentation doesn't work at all and I cannot send it via e-mail. If it is impossible to re-order prescriptions, it's another issue. Chat with pediatrics is often not available and sometimes call either. And I don't what works better.
