To sign in the Medicover Mobile Application you will need an activated* Medicover Online / Contul meu Medicover account. https://contulmeu.medicover.ro
In addition, with the Medicover Mobile App you can do the following:
- Browse referrals
- Book appointments
- Book a telemedicine session – MediCall
- Get telephone medical advice
- Access your medical history (lab tests, appointments)
These and more features will always be available to you for free, and always within the reach of your smartphone or tablet as long as you are a Medicover patient.
* For access to My Medicover Account application you need to fill in an application form available at the reception of Medicover clinics. On the basis of the completed form, you will receive from the reception operators the access data for logging into My Medicover Account: patient number - MRN and password that you can change after the first login.

I still have to call to make an appointment. Not all the specializations are present in the dropdown list for arranging a visit. I tried sending a solicitation withouy loging in and they didn't submit it, as I already have an account and need to do the appointment by loging in, which is annoying. Please fix this issue.

Terms and conditions pop-up is displayed and redirects me to the t&c page without being able to accept them from the web page or app. From that point I cannot go anywhere. L.E.: I spammed the place where the accept would be and somehow after going back in the app, I could see the login interface.

A very basic app, missing many elements for improving user's experience. The settings are there just to be, you cannot really set something relevant (e.g. the link with the calendar, which doesn't work). The interface is not intuitive nor user friendly. You cannot schedule an appointment for all the services. The list can continue. 2 stars only for it's existance, there is much room for improvement.

Cannot clicl on accept terms and conditions, it constantly opens a web page to read them, and if I try to go back or switch apps, it reopens the same page. The buttons are there, but it moves so fast it's impossible to log in... Who designed this?!
