I think the app is really nice, but there need to be more failsafes when it comes to random disconnections. I only had the trial for 1 day and 4 hours in, the pet device disconnected. I don't even know what happened because the support never replied. And if they had it wouldn't matter, cuz I was away and didn't have access to the pet device. My theory is that the wifi disconnected for a sec and there's no automatic streaming when it reconnects. I'm not gonna buy a subscription.
