so far so good. purchased the pro version without really knowing how much it will help to build my skills as a novice beginner. so far their interface looks promising. NB: you need to have an option for continuous feedback from learners. For example, on Boolean Switch, i got confused with the exercise. The tutorial’s suggested answer for “Check if a product’s price is less than 20.00 and print the result” was isonsale = True. This confused me as a learner because it hardcodes the value instead
I like the educational programming associated with it. The guidance is very detailed. I like the use of AI to help show the answer when confused. I have noticed that some letters of text get cut off and the 'text' quotes are not aligned properly in questions. Also, sometimes the touch screen does not function at first, especially for arrows in the top right corner.
There is a problem with the compiler, at least on my end. I write the code exactly as it supposed to be and the compiler shows errors when I run it. I believe there is sth wrong with changing the lines or the print() function. I always make the bot to write the final code for me, and when it does, it's exactly the same code that I wrote before I run it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Please help: bug for chapter 3 and test end of chapter 2, it's all in Spanish, cannot move forward Quite slow and not well formatted to type code while looking at instructions paid for the premium but don't feel it is super value so far, very basic so far.
This app is great for learning to debug, because there are so many errors in the quizzes that you have to figure out the correct answer on your own, and then enter the wrong answer to get past it. Very amateur work for a paid app.
