App that provides practical strategies for supporting teenage mental health.
When a child or young person has a diagnosed mental health condition, families and friends want to support them in the best way but also know when to step back. Combined Minds uses a ’Strengths-Based’ approach which has been shown to be effective in recovery. This approach focusses on the positive attributes of the person and builds on resourcefulness and resilience.
Combined Minds helps families and friends to find ways to provide the right environment to help the individuals they support affect their own change. As important influencers in the lives of young people, this provides positive impact on their mental health.
A ‘Strength-Based’ approach works both ways, also helping families and friends to search for their own strengths.
Please note the app is an aid in treatment but does not replace it.

Amazing app. Super well made and easy to use. The only issue is how it only covers specific topics - excluding other common disorders like Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar, Aspergers, etc

Good information about mental health topics and addiction and eating disorders however when I try to add a contact it doesn't work properly it keeps telling me to add a contact to set up the safety plan

Unable to even install this app. Tried clearing my cache and all the other listed suggestions when having issues with installing an app, but to no avail. I've tried for the last three days, no success yet. I'd love to have this. Hopefully this will get fixed so I'm able to install it.
