Good morning It is rather incredible that you can pay your utility bill on the app, where as majority of the other institutions do not offer this service. It is very easy to utilize this app, and do note your enhancements have been profound absolutely a pleasure to optimize.

I was informed I needed to reinstall the app. I deleted, and now I cannot download the new version. Staff at the bank say it is a phone problem. Why would I be given the message if the download is not immediately available? Why not have a press this button to update your app, instead of delete and reinstall? This has been ongoing now for about two weeks. Help!!

I can't log in again within a short amount of time. Get a message for a "server error". I am NOT HAPPY about this as I have to use the app often. Very annoying. Don't get it. But when it actually works - it is a great app!

Why do I get logged out as soon as I press the <? Very frustrating. It asks you if you want to log IN when you are doing nothing but logging in - is that's rather stupid? Rather than let it at least ask you if you want to log out when you press a back button.
