app is terribly slow on startup which is ridiculous in 2025, almost like they have to play fancy animation instead of actually processing, payment confirmation didn't work, not the press 1 or 2. this app is just a pain to use. communication is terrible and the banks employees I've delt with are just rude. nvm the can double your debit order illegally and then take over a week to pay it back with no Comms. I use to love Nedbank but beware

Troubleshooting. I have been frustrated for almost 2 weeks. after my phone lost. Logging in became a bug problem for new device. I went to branch several times and called Digital Team no help at all. I'm afraid banking with Nedbank seems to be not good based to my experience. anyway except to work out and fix the issue. Not staffs but system.
