can't use my momo since I bought a new phone in 20th Nov 2025. I've contacted Mtn at Accra Mall with my new phone and Ghana card, I was attended to and asked to wait for 1hour and use it but still. It's now over a month and I can't use it. Sad. I called several times but nobody picks my calls to help me. I'm on retirement. This is not fair.

It was previously possible to schedule and automate repetitive payments via the app. But I noticed it's no longer possible. don't know if it's just on my app or that functionality has been deleted/removed? I really loved it as it enabled me to schedule key regular payments ahead of time. anyone experiencing the same issue ?
