I accidentally input the wrong PIN in trying to access the app and it got locked. I searched online for steps to reset the PIN without giving to the office and found one but the OTP never shows up. When I contact the customer service line as well, no one ever picks up. Very frustrating. Update: I reached out to customer support through their WhatsApp line and the representative has been very helpful throughout the process in assisting me reset the PIN. I am truly appreciative. Thanks once again

I gave it 2 stars because I can't even activate my virtual card, and second from recent complaints, it seems platforms like Facebook / Instagram do decline them when applying for verification badge.

The app gives you the wrong set of linked ECG meter numbers sometimes. I wouldn't recommend buying electricity with it. You might end up buying for someone else.
