Why sender is obligated to pay receiver withdraw fee? No option to disable fee.

it's a very good app and all is features are perfect but only one downside when you mistakenly send someone money the person use it immediately or transfer it to another you lose the money. you guy supposedly need to update a features like when you sending someone money it should be as business, shopping family, and the person send the money took it wave should just mark the person and if it happens again then the person needs to be punish.
