Love the service and the ability to purchase shows that I really like and then I can go back to one or two years later.

has anyone had trouble just getting in to the app. mine keeps going into circles trying to get into app. and nothing. I have Samsung 24 ulta. dont know what is going on it worked great before.

we have excellent internet and the movies we stream from Fandango have playback issues all the time. rarely it plays without interruption. The biggest reason I give 2 stars, aside from playability issues, is that I bought a movie that said 16+ and once we started playing it, it was clear this was almost an adult xx film more than it was a movie.. I asked for a refund as the movie was highly inappropriate and not as advertised. The rep wouldn't refund the. movie because it was already "played".🤬

the platform ls very old and outdated series constantly prompts are you still watching the whole thing needs to be scraped and replaced customer service is useless being a Comcast company definitely explains all it's flaws one star there are much better similar services available I have purchased shows and series for 20 or more years this platform is dead to me now
