The Spectator Australia on Android is a simple and elegant way to enjoy the oldest and best-written magazine in the English language. The Australian edition includes twelve pages of exclusive homegrown content overseen by our very own Rowan Dean, as well as the whole of The Spectator magazine.

Auto-renew subscription notes: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period, at the same rate as your chosen subscription. The app is OK, but settings and configuration are very limited, can't turn off auto-rotate from portrait to landscape, no night mode, etc. Simple is good but this is bare bones stuff. The ability to set app behaviour would be appreciated.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. These scumbags offer you 1 month free, but then make it extremely difficult to unsubscribe if you don't want to stay. They just stole $26 from me, but fortunately I used PayPal which makes it easy to cancel future payments.
