Driver rewards tracking too overzealous, particularly with cornering. I drive like a grandpa and it still gives me only 4 stars on some attributes

Having to log in every time you open the app is the most annoying feature. The app and email notifications are timed/delayed in a way that makes me think their IT systems are outdated. It's annoying.

App never works and automatically logs me out 'for my safety'. I contacted the app support team and the eventual response was that they were experiencing difficulties with the app. this was a month ago. just tried to log in again, same issue. Genuinely considering changing all our insurance from AAMI due to the poor customer service and ineffectual response.
