What a wonderful game. It's fun and straightforward, yet deep and challenging. It has idle elements, with some base and research management requirements. The graphics style is beautiful, it is very polished and there are no microtransactions or ads anywhere. This is what mobile gaming SHOULD be like. I can't wait to see what the devs (Edit: Dev, it's just one guy! Even more impressive!) do next - they have a customer for life in me =)

Kind of slow anno like, only complaint is no way to salvage buildings and get resources back I've seen, but I just set sail to my first two new islands, so when I get there I'll see if I unlock anything. I do appreciate the building has a planning mode where you can place multiple buildings before confirming to build them all. I'd like to say in general the UI is really slick. The more destructive options are behind locks you have to undo to prevent you from hurting yourself.

This is the kind of game that forces you to play on their terms instead of when you actually want to play. Once you have everything set up, huge time walls appear and there is nothing else to do. This also happens really sooner than the demo would have you believe. This results in more like another "chore" you have to do rather than an actual game. The ideas and makings of the game are cool, however, the gameplay loop, while some might find fun, to me is just not good game design.

Kind of a boring game. First it's a paid app so you have to pay to play the game, but the progress is very slow. It's a lot of opening the game, playing for 5 minutes, then coming back hours later and doing the same thing. I know it's an Idle game, but wish it was a little more engaging.
