It designed for all people who ask us how to jump higher? How can I increase my vertical jump? All basketball players need this application. it's a vertical jump workout offline application that means you can use it everywhere at home or in a gym.
How to Increase Your Vertical Leap?
9 daily exercises mixed Calisthenics and Plyometrics:
*Using Calisthenics
1=>Stretch daily
2=>Perform calf raises
3=>Do deep squats.
4=>Do lunge
5=>Stand on one leg
*Using Plyometrics
6=>Perform jump squats
7=>Do Bulgarian split squats
8=>Perform box jumps
9=>Jump rope
What you will need to do exercises is just a box or simply a chair and rope for the 9 exercise.
HOW TO USE:
1. Read full exercises details in the exercises page you will do that just one time.
2. Set a reminder in setting page check all days box and chose your favorite time you will get notified each day to do your exercises.
3. So when you get ready click start button then set up the body position then do the exercise until the end of the count down the next one get ready then start the same thing for the others.

This app is so nice. After doing the workouts constituenly with 100% effort for 1-2 weeks, I can finally touch rim in basketball. If I continue this I should be able to dunk. One suggestion I'll say is that you should add more time for breaks like 15 sec breaks could be useful. Thank you.
It is the greatest app I have ever seen 🔥🫡. But I don't like that their is no a variety of exercises
There isn't a very diverse section of exercises, only one to choose from.
