SBI Global Smart OTP is an offline OTP app for enabling users to validate INB/MB

SBI Global Smart OTP is an offline OTP app for enabling customers to validate internet banking and mobile banking journeys using OTP as 2nd factor authentication. With Smart OTP, customers can actively generate the OTP in self-service mode to complete the transaction/login journeys without having to wait for the OTP via conventional SMS. This app is an independent mobile app required to be installed, registered, and activated on the customer's mobile device for usage in generating offline OTPs to validate INB/MB journeys.

To use the Smart OTP functionality, following steps need to be followed :

1. Registration for Smart OTP on Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking application
2. Downloading the SBI Global Smart OTP from Google Play store/ Apple Appstore
3. Activation of Smart OTP using user ID and PIN
4. Setting OTP preferences on Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking application
