Developer Description

OTP generation App for SBI Internet Banking and Yono Lite SBI app users.

SBI Secure OTP is an OTP generation App for verifying transactions done through SBI Internet Banking and Yono Lite App.

The application will replace the need for receiving the OTP for INB transactions via SMS. OTP can be generated using the application after completion of registration process. The application will generate Online OTP with Internet connectivity ON.

User can generate Online OTP after login to the application.

User can click on the de-register option provided in the "Settings" menu within the application. Alternatively visit Onlinesbi and go to "Profile>> High Security Option" and deregister the SBI Secure OTP App from there to complete the de-registration process.

Please note that after de-registration of the app, user will start receiving the OTP in registered mobile number with Internet Banking.

One time registration with your Internet Banking credentials is required for using the App. Service provider independent, hassle free OTP service is now available to customer.

after the latest update, I can do all the functions but I can't close the application as the logout button has been moved to the unusable portion of the top right hand corner of the screen and hence totally inactivated. I have to close the application abruptly which will not allow me open the application again for the next 5 minutes.

for couple of years it's was very good in getting the otps, but from yesterday it's not opening,it says a new and improved version is available and to download,when I click on ok,it shows your device is not compatible of this app,I tried in latest phone,I couldn't find the app available, kindly help,I am unable to use online banking now.

I'm an NRI. I'm trying to register on this app. It keeps getting the error "we are unable to process your request please try after sometime". I've tried multiple times in a few days, but it's not working. Please fix it!
