Exercises aren't very comprehensive. Basically the same few dumbed down movements with little to no lower body involvement. The actual presentation is good though - just needs to be a little more taxing.

If I could show you the picture you will see your advertising for free and then you have to now get a subscription once the plan comes through I'm not dumb nothing is for free I understand that but you're talking about walking I can get this on YouTube for free okay this is why I thought maybe it was free
