Update. They finally fixed it. One star off for releasing an untested update. Original: I was using this app for a couple of years with no problem. The latest update (end of Nov update, I updated it in Dec 2025) broke it completely. I've tried reinstalling it several times, clearing cache and data and starting over from the beginning, and I can't get past an error message telling me that there's a glitch and they're working on it. With that update, it went from a five star to a one star...

It is difficult to navigate and can not submit additional documents that would help start my payments.

site isn't user friendly. links are not useful because it will not take you to what the links says. havent found away to upload documentation for Leave Pro. Useless application for mobile use. Also have to go somewhere that has a computer to view some documents. Too many apps within alight that take you outside of the app. Needs serious work to make it useful.

this app has been broken for at least a few days now, opening it just says "we've got a glitch to fix" with a retry button and nothing happens
