Works great and love the free money for being healthy from bcbs and my employer Raytheon pratt and whitney!!!
I love being able to earn rewards while improving my health
Navigation needs to be worked on. For example, the back button takes you to a previous screen but not "back" to journeys once you have input data. I have to close the app and come back in to get to the home screen again.
I am *convinced* that this app is in "maintenance mode" and that the Alight company actively discourages people from using it by making it run like Windows Millennium Edition on a Gameboy. The loading and transistion screens are needlessly long - how caked-up in spaghetti code is this thing that logging an activity on a new model Google phone on gigabit Wi-Fi takes over a minute to finish? Not enough text room to explain well, but this app also crashes more frequently than a 90s PanAm flight.
This app is horrible, and the only way to earn my company's wellness rewards. It takes 5 minutes to load every "page", good luck if you hit a button you didn't mean to. "Optional" fields in challenges aren't actually optional. The journeys have seemingly tripled in length since last year, since each step takes multiple days of logging to complete.
