The app is Super User Friendly, Quick and Easy! I've been using this app for YEARS. ook so to address all the negative reviews: If it says wrong password/no connection go to the "Benefits Site", log on to your corporate website. You may need to reset your password. Then uninstall and reinstall the app or app may need update. Also, make sure your user id doesn't put a space after your credentials. Doc upload won't be legible, so use website. I use bc I only need a provider signature.

Been using it since January 2023. Never any issues except until now. I can't log in and it says "technical error." I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't work either.

Alright y'all update came out today. I downloaded it and finally over 2 weeks after it not working it worked.

Everything I send over this APP on my Android S20 cannot be read. They told me all Android users are experiencing this issue. Comes over and can't be read. Used it for years with no problems till 2022.
