I had been a Cogeco cable Internet customer for a long time, so when I switched to Altima cable Internet I was very pleased to see an app was available with Altima. The app allows me to manage my connected devices (and I have a lot of them) as well as letting me do a speed test at the Gateway. I am enjoying the ability to manage my home network with an app from my ISP.

Worst experience!! I've been trying to register my router on this app and keep getting the same message. " we're unable to connect at this time. Please try again later or contact your service provider. " Also, I tried multiple times to contact the service provider, but nobody replied or gave a call back. I'm not sure what to do now as an Altima customer except paying my bill on time.😡
