I used to just come on my app for my balance and review my bill but now I can't even find my way there

So check this out: I'm inside my telus app, going to assistant, assistant gives me a link, link opens inside telus app but asks me to log in. After providing the password it tells me to use verification code sent to... my telus app. but the way it is designed I can't actually go out of the freaking login page to get the code, I also can't copy the telus link or open it in external browser - great design

can't login to the app. Can't login to the website, because it says "it appears you're logging in from a different device" When in fact it's my ONLY device. It says it's sending a verification code to the app THAT I CAN'T LOGIN TO. Telus always has been, and remains a complete joke!!! Have fun trying to contact someone about it too...
