Usually not showing me some feeds. Lost of days I got home at night from work around past 6 pm, im surprised when i was checking the feeds. it wasn't recorded. it was set up by the window showing our front deck.(entrance). called tech support, they have few solutions to offer that didn't work out. They said this telus app is new thats why its like ,still some issues are difficult to solve. I even encounter app weird problem that stranged to them. So yeah, telus needs to take carebof this matter.

App takes so long to load my live feed to my outdoor camera that if anyone was on my property they are long gone. I have a 'Ring' doorbell and it instantly loads up when someone is at my door. Telus needs to fix this
