Update on July 2023. After my 2 star review the team at Royal Enfield reached out to me to fix the issue. Previously the app always disconnect mid ride, but after tge team had fixed the issue its now working as it should. I genuinely can't thank them enough. The team did really well to make the app/gps functioning again. Well done and thanks

I used it today for the first real test in Bangkok and it worked flawlessly. However, battery drain seems excessive. Also, there is a menu item to update software when connected to the pod, but clicking it does nothing. Oddly, the navigation is in both Thai and English. There is no option to choose one or the other. In another trial, the app inconveniently disconnects from the Tripper device. But it never reconnects by itself. I had to stop the bike, get the phone out and open the app again.

I downloaded this app for my Himalayan Euro 5 tripper navigation. The app needs improvement. - The app constantly loses gps connection. - There needs to be an option to download maps and routes prior to travel. - The app needs to work off road. Often dirt tracks are a quicker and more enjoyable route than taking the longway around on major roads. Maybe have the app take directions from Google maps bike mode. Which shows more direct routes. Thank you.

I use enlarged system font, and my favourite text labels are cut out or not visible at all. All the rest of the navigation apps like Google Maps and tomtomgo deal with that very well and professionally. BUT NOT THE ENFIELD APP, you can not use the favourites if you use enlarged font.

Constantly changing route, creating a bit of a confusing ride if your unfamiliar with the area. Only worked first time and is now the nav disconnects from pretty much immediately after navigation begins. Needs fixing for sure, will be waiting for a software update
